Material examined. Roraima: 1 ♁, Mucajaí , km 442–440 along BR-174 S Mucujaí, 2.3583, -60.9133, 70–80 m, 18–19.iv.2015, scrub along road (D. Burckhardt & D.L. Queiroz), #165(-) ( NHMB, dry) GoogleMaps .
Description of adult by Brown & Hodkinson (1988). Immature unknown.
Distribution. Panamá ( Brown & Hodkinson 1988). New state record for Brazil: Roraima.
Host-plant. Unknown.
Habitat. Scrub along road.
Comments. This is the first record of this species in Brazil.
