Karyotype: 2n = 58 and FN = 60. Autosomal complement: one medium subtelocentric pair, one small metacentric pair, and 26 acrocentric pairs large to small decreasing in size. Sex chromosomes: X, a large submetacentric; Y, a small metacentric ( Langguth & Bonvicino 2002, pp. 291, Fig. 3C View FIGURE 3 ; Bonvicino et al. 2014).
