MATERIAL. Russia: Kunashir Island , Danilovskii kordon, 16-17.IX 2022, 1 ♀ .
DISTRIBUTION. The species is known from the Japanese island Honshu only; it is flying in July-August ( Ueda, 2013a). The species is easily identified from two other Russian species: D. chionoxantha (Meyrick, 1931) from Kuril Islands and the Transpalearctic D. pudorina (Wocke, 1857) by contrast white spots at a forewing costal margin. It is recorded from Russia for the first time.
