Gymnetis aequatorialis Moser, 1918: 171 . Lectotype male ( Fig. 38 ) at ZMHU, labeled: Santa Inez, (Ecuad.), R. Haenischs / Hoplopyga aequatorialis , Type, male symbol, Mos. / Type / my red lectotype label. Lectotype here designated. Lectoallotype female at ZMHU with same label data except “ Type, female symbol, Mos.” on label number two and with my red lectoallotype label. Six male paralectotypes at ZMHU with same label data but lacking label number two and with my yellow paralectotype labels.

Gymnetis boliviensis Moser, 1918: 172 . Lectotype male ( Fig. 39 ) at ZMHU, labeled: Rio Songo, Bolivia / Hoplopyga boliviensis Moser , Type / my red lectotype label. Lectotype here designated. Lectoallotype female at ZMHU with same label data but with my red lectoallotype label. Twenty four paralectotypes at ZMHU with same label data but with my yellow paralectotype labels.
