As presently understood, Pseudaulacaspis View in CoL is a large genus with 67 species ( Ben-Dov et al., 2010). Williams and Watson (1988a) state that “In the South Pacific area, this genus probably contains numerous species.” As it is, 5 of the 9 Pseudaulacaspis View in CoL species recorded by Williams and Watson (1988a) from the South Pacific are known from Fiji, and 2 are currently only known from there. Here we describe another species and provide a key for the separation of Pseudaulacaspis View in CoL species from Fiji.
