Family Crustoporidae Dunaeva and Morozova, 1967 View in CoL
Diagnosis (from Astrova 1978, translation by D.A. Brown).— Zoaria laminar, unilamellar, sometimes bilamellar−symmetrical, tabulate, and branching. Zooecial orifices rounded−polygonal, circular or oval. Walls in the exozone weakly, and sometimes unevenly thickened, fused, with longitudinally−fibrous and obliquely−laminar microstructure. Diaphragms incomplete, less frequently complete. Exilazooecia numerous, their accumulation frequently forming maculae. Acanthozoocia uniform, commonly small, sometimes absent.
