Note:— Names published in this dissertation, one month later reprinted as the second part of Sprengel’s Mant. Prim. Fl. Hal., are sometimes attributed to Sprengel because he was praeses. However, he is not named in the work which bears only Biehler’s name, so that the names must be attributed to Biehler (Art. 46.8 of the ICN). According to Arts. 60.8 & 60.9 of the ICN, the spelling of the specific epithet originally published as “ Seguierii ” is to be corrected in “ seguieri ” .
