Type data. Cotypes: Adults; “way up Sage's Ravine Riga Mt. Nur. Connecticut”; ex. well decayed fallen hemlock bole with a little lichen; 17-VIII-1932; deposited in MCZ ( Niedbała, 2002b).

Distribution. Semicosmopolitan.

Locality in Thailand. Chieng Dao ( Niedbała 2000).
