[= Anaxipha insularis ( F. Walker, 1869) ]
Rehn, 1909: 223; Otte & Perez-Gelabert, 2009: 139.
Distribution. Jamaica.
Notes. There is one specimen identified with this name in the CZACC collection. Its presence in Cuba needs to be confirmed.
Antillicharis similis ( F. Walker, 1869)
[= Orocharis similis ( F. Walker, 1869) = Orocharis canotus Saussure, 1878 ] Otte & Perez-Gelabert, 2009: 248.
Distribution. Dominican Republic.
Notes. In the most recent revision of the family for the Caribbean ( Otte & Perez-Gelabert, 2009) the distribution of this species is restricted to Hispaniola. Gundlach (1891) and Rehn (1909) previously recorded it from Cuba, and there are several specimens identified with this name in the CZACC and Zayas collections. A more detailed examination of those Cuban specimens should clarify whether they belong to this species.
