Type species. Geothelphusa annamensis Balss, 1914 , by original designation.

Remarks. Ng & Ngo (2022) discussed the various species of Tiwaripotamon now recognised, noting the presence of several distinct groups based on the structure of the G1. It appears the genus may be polyphyletic and the long ambulatory legs that characterise the genus is not always a useful genus character.
