Specimens seen: — TURKEY. Bitlis: Tatvan, Obuz Village, Sopran water spring, streamsides, 1900 m, 07 August 2014, M. E. Uzunhisarcıklı 2640 ( GAZI) ; Kotum, Karz Mountain , ca. 2000 m, 24 August 1954, Davis & O. Polunin 24577 ( K) .
Flowering time:— July–August.
Habitat:— Streamsides. 1900‒2000 m elevation.
Distribution:— Endemic. Irano-Turanian element.
