Şanlıurfa: Urfa-Hilvan , 5 km from Urfa, marl slopes, 600 m, 18 May 1957, Davis & Hedge 28205 ( ANK, WU) ; Şanlıurfa-Hilvan, 10 km to Hilvan , roadsides, 782 m, 13 June 2013, M. E. Uzunhisarcıklı 2422 ( GAZI) ; Ceylanpınar, Gökçayır location, steppe, 460 m, 14 April 1995, N. Adıgüzel 2068 et al. ( GAZI) .

Flowering time: —April–June.

Habitat: —Roadsides, marl slopes, steppe. 460‒790 m elevation.

Distribution: —Irano-Turanian element.
