Material examined. 1 male (B7.16), Beluran, 24 November 1992, coll. FRC staff, det. G. Ito (2001) ( OSF Specimen ID = 145437) .

Remarks. Previously known only from Malay Peninsula and Sumatra ( Hebard, 1922; Karny, 1926), the specimens probably represent the first record of this monotypic genus in Borneo. Three other males present.
