Distribution. Australia (Tasmania).
Remarks. See Table 5 for the similarities and differences among three Iotarphia species. The female of I. rufobrunnea is characterized for the first time: female sternite VIII with 4–5 macrosetae on each side of midline, posterior margin rounded ( Fig. 5b View FIGURE 5 ); and spermatheca as in Fig. 5c View FIGURE 5 .
