Diagnosis. Males of E. omegarugal sp. nov. are easily recognized because they RTA bifid retrolaterally directed with the upper portion short lanceolate, the lower portion has a wide base and flat orbicular end, the cymbium with well conspicuous basal side projection in hook shape, fitting the distal circumference of the lower portion of the RTA. Females present semicircular atrium with anterior and lateral border in the shape of an omega letter ( Figs 30 View FIGURE 30 , 31 View FIGURE 31 ).
Etymology. The specific epithet is a noun taken in apposition and is in reference to Omega Rugal, a fictional character in The King of Fighters series game from SNK, which is the boss on the first game and a recurrent character on this series, the epigynum looks like an Omega letter, from Greek alphabet.
