Material examined. HOLOTYPE female THAILAND, Nakhon Ratchasima, Wang Nam Khiao district, Udom Sap subdistrict, Sakaerat Environmental Research Station , dry evergreen forest, 14°50.911՛N, 101°92.963՛E, 402m, 20- 30.viii.2021, Malaise trap, col. K. Chansri, DNA voucher CCDB-24264-B08 ( CUMZ).
Description. Holotype female. Length of body 5.5 mm, fore wing 5.0 mm, length of antenna 6.0 mm, length of ovipositor sheath 1.2 mm.
Head. Antenna with 48 flagellomeres. Terminal of flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomere 1.25 × longer than wide. Malar space long, height of eye 2.7 × vertical distance separating lower margin of eye from mandible. Face finely punctuate rugulose superimposed on coriaceous sculpture, moderately short setose, eyes glabrous. Height of eye: width of face: width of head = 1.0: 1.2: 2.3. Length of face equal width of face. Horizontal length of eye 1.67 × horizontal length of head behind eye. Post-ocellar length: transverse diameter of posterior ocellus: shortest distance between posterior ocellus and eye = 1.0: 1.3: 3.0. Occipital and vertex rugulose superimposed on coriaceous sculpture.
Mesosoma. 1.33 × longer than high. Mesoscutum rugose superimposed coriaceous sculpture; with weak midlongitudinal carina on anterior half, notauli shallow. Scutellum with weak longitudinal sculpture. Mesopleuron with vertical ridges, precoxal sulcus shallow, complete. Mesosternum with strong transversely striate. Median area of metanotum with strong dorsally protruding mid-longitudinal carina. Propodeum with coriaceous sculpture.
Wings. Length of fore wing veins SR1: 3-SR: r = 4.1: 1.5: 1.0. Length of 2-SR: 3-SR: r-m = 1.4: 1.8: 1.0. Ratio of length of fore wing vein m-cu: 2-RS+M = 1.0: 0.8. Apex of hind wing vein C+SC+R with 2 thick setae. Base of hind wing evenly setose.
Legs. Length of fore femur: tibia: tarsus = 1.0: 1.14: 1.2. Length of hind femur: tibia: tarsus = 1.0: 1.1: 1.25. Hind basitarsus 2.6 × longer than sub-posterior width.
Metasoma. Carapace coarsely rugose; widest at 0.85 × distance from base to apex. Dorsal carinae uniting mid-posteriorly; bordering a deep pit medially; with strongly protruding lateral lobe. Posterior spines robust, ratio of distance of each spine tip 1.14 × length of spine. Ovipositor exserted beyond apex of metasomal spines by approximately 0.5 length of spine.
Coloration. Body brownish; apex of metasoma, metasomal spine, ovipositor sheaths, tip of mandible, eyes and flagellomere, black. Pterostigma, claws and ovipositor dark brown; veins C+SC+R and M+CU1 of fore wing, half basal membrane of fore wing, veins C+SC+R and M+CU of hind wing, half basal membrane of hind wing, yellow brown; and apex of fore wing and hind wing, dark brown.
Distribution. Sakaerat Environmental Research Station, Nakhon Ratchasima province.
Host. Unknown.
Etymology. Named after the Sakaerat Environmental Research Station where the holotype and only known specimen was collected.
