Description, male. Body length 3.92 mm. Head with green reflection; mesosoma with darkish green reflection and metapectal-propodeal disc black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with sparse and short setae. Mandible narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate, but weak. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli large. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete, and foveate; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus wide. Mesoscutellar sulcus narrow. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, with ventral and dorsal margin convex, densely setose; basivolsella with excavation at inner margin and with basal projection ventrad; cuspis with arms short, with basal projection at inner margin, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion angled and wide, and apical portion as long as basal and wide; apodeme slender.

Remarks. This new species differs from A. interruptus by having the body with darkish green reflection and the metapectal-propodeal disc black; the clypeus with the median lobe angulate; the ocelli small; the pronotal disc shorter than wide; the transverse pronotal carina foveate; the notaulus wide; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea divided; the cuspis arm short; and the aedeagus with the basal portion wide and the apical portion wide and as long as the basal portion, whereas A. interruptus has the body black; the clypeus with the median lobe rounded; the ocelli large; the pronotal disc as long as wide; the transverse pronotal carina not foveate; the notaulus very narrow; the mesopleuron with the lower fovea not divided; the cuspis arms very short; and the aedeagus with the basal portion slender, and apical portion slender and longer than the basal portion.
