New record. N Sumatra, Aceh, Ketambe, 24.VIII.1991, leg. D. Erber, 2 ♂♂, 3 ♀♀ SMNS .
Remarks. Male head and pronotum, antenna and aedeagus of the holotype from Java are figured by Schawaller (1994). The newly collected specimens from Sumatra show no significant differences. Micropeneta testacea Pic, 1921 from Sumatra is smaller with shorter and more laterally pointed cephalic horns (see key in Kaszab 1978).
