Already recorded by Csuzdi & Sciberras (2014) from Chadwick Lakes and along with A. rosea (Savigny, 1826) from an additional unspecified locality that the present authors have traced to be within Wied Qirda, a typical wied in central Malta surrounded by agricultural land.
