Distribution. Europe, Asia Minor, North America ( Danışman et al. 2022; Vogel 1968; WSC 2022).

Remarks. The species was described from South France and since a few decades shows strong spreading tendencies within Europe. In the Balkans, Z. rubidum is known only from Slovenia ( Kuralt & Kostanjšek 2016). The new data ( Fig. 76 ) outline the southern limit of its distribution in the Balkans at present.
