Material examined. Turkey: O. Anatolien, Silvan (90 kms östl. Diakbekir), 700 m, 30.6.1937, 1 male (Lectotype, here designated), 3 males, 1 female (Paralectotypes) (leg. Ramme) ( MfN) .

Remarks. Ramme (1951: 377) described this subspecies from 3 males and 1 female syntypes. However, one more male with the same label is also present in the collection. One male with spread tegmina is designated as the lectotype for the reasons explained in the Introduction and Material and Methods sections.
