Distribution: Afrotropical: Angola, Cameroon, Comoros, DR Congo, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda ( De Prins & De Prins 2018) and Mali (new record).

Host-plants: Apocynaceae : Funtumia elastica (Preuss) Stapf , Funtumia sp. (Lamborn 1914; Goff 2018).
