Distribution outside Iran. Germany ( Griffiths 1967), Greece ( Papp 2007a), Hungary ( Papp 2004b, 2006), Russia (Tobias 1998; Lelej 2012), Serbia ( Papp 2009b), Ukraine ( Perepechayenko 2008). Host records. It has been recorded from Ophiomyia thalictricaulis Hering, 1962 ( Diptera : Agromyzidae ) ( Lelej 2012).
