Diagnosis. Forewing length is 11–12 mm in males and 14–15 mm in females. Barsine terminifusca differs externally from B. multistriata and B. eos sp. n. by its more diffuse pattern elements, more wavy medial line, the presence of blackish shades outside the postmedial line, and longitudinal strokes on veins in the subterminal area of forewing being shorter and more diffuse, situated only in the medial part of the subterminal area (those are thin and stretched along the whole subterminal area in B. multistriata and B. eos sp. n.). In addition, B. terminifusca is larger and has more elongated forewing in comparison to B. eos sp. n. The male genitalia of B. terminifusca differ from those of B. multistriata by their more weakly sclerotized vinculum, more robust medial costal process, and much narrower, elongated ventral subbasal diverticulum (that is broad and globular in B. multistriata ). In comparison to those of B. eos sp. n., the male genitalia of B. terminifusca have the valva being narrower medially, the vinculum being narrower and more weakly sclerotized, the narrower ventral subbasal diverticulum, and the slightly smaller dorsal subbasal diverticulum. The female genitalia of B. terminifusca differ from those of B. multistriata and B. eos sp. n. by the slightly smaller antrum; in addition, the spinulose scobination of corpus bursae and appendix bursae is more robust than that of B. multistriata .
Distribution. South China (Sichuan, Fujian).
