Material examined: Lazio: I 1289, 0/1/0 slide; Sicilia: All parts; I 282, 0/11/0 (0/2/0 slide); I 307, 1/1/0 slide; I 470 Int , 3/1/1 (1/1/1 slide); I 476 Int , 0/0/1 slide; I 495 Int , 6/1/1 (1/1/1 slide); I 514 Int 1, 1/0/0 slide; I 655, 0/1/0 slide; I 827, 0/1/0; I dp 38, 1/0/0 slide; I dp 56, 0/1/0 slide. 10 sites, 34 specimens .
Previously published records from Italy: Sardegna ( Gerecke 2014b); Sicilia ( Gerecke 2003).
Habitat: Hyporheobiont. In the area treated recorded at five sites from stream benthos (in one case numerous: I 282) and from a forest spring (I 655), 130-1300 m.
Distribution Southern Europe, Asia Minor.
