Diagnosis. Scoparia subgracilis can be easily distinguished from its congeners by the unique male genitalia: the broad and short uncus broadened slightly towards the tip, convex at middle on posterior margin; and the narrow triangular gnathos armed with many tiny spines in the distal one fourth on dorsal surface. Distribution. China (Chongqing, Guizhou, Henan, Shaanxi, Taiwan).
