OCCURRENCE. — Ashikajima Fm (rare).
DESCRIPTION
Trilete microspore. Amb circular. The laesurae are straight and extend to the ⅔ of the spore radius. The contact area is psilate, followed by more or less coarse bacula and some elongated, sometimes joined (particularly at the equator) coni near the equator and on the distal face. The exine is about 1.5 µm thick. Equatorial diameter = 45-50 µm.
