Etymology. The specific epithet refers to West and East Nusa Tenggara Provinces of Indonesia, where the new species is distributed.

Diagnosis. The new species differs externally from C. seismogrammica by its slightly smaller size, less elongated forewing, amber yellow head, thorax and forewing markings (those are brown in C. seismogrammica ) and the absence of a discal spot of hindwing. Compared to C. pitana , C. nusa sp. nov. has all the body and forewing markings amber yellow (while in C. pitana the thorax markings and transverse lines are tangerine, and the discal spots are black), the male hindwing is darker, and the female hindwing is pinkish with whitish costal margin (in C. pitana the female forewing is pure white). The male genital capsule of C. nusa sp. nov. displays no differences compared to those of both related species. The aedeagus vesica of the new species differs from that of C. seismogrammica by the broader basal section, the larger and more rounded medial cluster of spinules (in C. seismogrammica that is more elongate), the absence of a lateral diverticulum, the shorter and broader distal diverticulum bearing a less elongated bunch of considerably smaller spinules, and the more heavily sclerotised basal plate of vesica ejaculatorius. Compared to that of C. pitana , the aedeagus vesica of the new species is narrower distally, bearing slightly shorter medial cluster of cornuti consisting of less robust spinules, in addition, its more finely granulated distal diverticulum bears a smaller, conspicuously more elongated bunch of much less robust spinules. The female genitalia of C. nusa sp. nov. can easily be distinguished from those of C. seismogrammica and C. pitana by its broader sclerotized area of the posterior sections of corpus and appendix bursae, and much larger dilated section of appendix bursae.

Description. External morphology of adults ( Figs 1–3 View Figures 1–9 ). Antennae of both sexes filiform. Sexual dimorphism weakly expressed: female slightly larger than male. Head white, with an amber spot on frons. Thorax white, with an amber spot medially; tegulae and patagiae white, with broad amber margins. Abdomen pale pinkish, with admixture of whitish scales basally and apically. Forewing elongated, white. Forewing pattern amber. Basal line present as a spot at costa. Subbasal line wavy, interrupted at anal margin. Antemedial line irregularly wavy, strongly protruding medio-basally, forming a rounded dot, then rather dilated, more or less straight towards ventral margin. Postmedial line irregularly wavy, interrupted in its upper section, with a separated spot at costal margin situated more basally. Subterminal line with serrated inner margin. Cilia white. Hindwing pale pinkish brown, with a narrow whitish area along costal margin.

Male genitalia ( Figs 10, 11 View Figures 10–13 ). Uncus short, slender, medially dilated, apically tapered, basally connected with anal tube. Anal tube broad, weakly setose. Tegumen medium long, narrow; vinculum short, broad, evenly arcuate, with short rounded saccus; juxta broad, trapezoidal, with medial plate less sclerotized. Valva lobelike, dilated medially, with convex dorsal margin, distally gradually tapering, apically rounded; sacculus broad, moderately sclerotized; distal saccular process elongated, almost reaching valva apex, narrow but heavily sclerotised, with pointed tip, curved dorsally, well separated from distal part of valva. Ventral plate of costa broad, weakly sclerotised without processes. Aedeagus elongated, relatively narrow, slightly broader basally, almost straight; carina with short and weakly sclerotised extensions. Vesica membranous, broad basally, slightly laced medially, somewhat dilated distally, curved ventrally; medial cornuti field consisted of numerous short but robust spinules; distal diverticulum short but broad, granulated, with a cluster of thin spinules; basal plate of vesica ejaculatorius large, narrow, elongated trigonal, heavily sclerotised.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 15 View Figures 14–17 ). Ovipositor short and broad. Papillae anales broadly rectangular with rounded angles; apophyses posteriores thin, about three times longer than apophyses anteriores; apophyses anteriores thin; ostium bursae broad, ductus bursae short, membranous, tapered anteriorly. Posterior section of corpus bursae narrow, weakly sclerotised and rugose. Anterior section of corpus bursae membranous, globular.

Basal section of appendix bursae narrow, weakly sclerotised and rugose basally and membranous and rugose distally; distal section of appendix bursae membranous, nearly globular, about two times larger than corpus bursae.

Distribution. The species is known from Flores and Sumbawa Islands, Indonesia.
