Dilophotes anthracinus sp. n.

Type material. Holotype, male, " Laos, 15 km N Louang Namtha, 750 m, 21.07°N / 101.21°E, 13. 24. 5. 1997, E. Jendek & O. Šauša leg." ( LMBC). Paratype: 1 male, same locality data, ( LMBC).

Diagnosis. Dilophotes anthracinus sp. n. has flabellate male antennae and is the only Dilophotes species in the studied area with a concolourous black pronotum and elytra. In addition, the species has very short phallus and mostly membranous simple internal sac ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 14 23 ). The closest species is D. lizipingensis sp. n. with much more slender phallus ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 14 23 ), and red parts on pronotum and elytra.

Description of holotype. Body mediumsized, slender, black, pronotum, scutellum and elytra almost black with light pubescence. Eyes small, interocular distance 1.33 times maximum eye diameter. Antennae flabellate, flabellae of middle antennomeres three times longer than each antenomere. Pronotum 1.57 times wider than long. Frontal margins widely rounded, frontal angles distinct, lateral margins slightly concave, posterior angles moderately projected. Pronotal disc with frontal longitudinal costa reaching middle of disc, then inconspicuous. Disc surface black, shiny, with light pubescence. Elytra long, slender, flat, each elytron with three longitudinal costae. Costa 1 weak in apical part, costa 2 strong. Male genitalia with short phallus and partly membranous, simple internal sac ( Fig. 22 View FIGURES 14 23 ).

Measurements. BL 5.5 mm, WH 1.32 mm, PL 0.77 mm, PW 1.21 mm, Ediam 0.36 mm, Edist 0.48 mm.

Distribution. Dilophotes anthracinus sp. n. is known only from the type locality in northernmost Laos.

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the black colouration of the pronotum and elytra.
