DESCRIPTION — MALE: Body length 1.1-2.0 mm. Head, mesosoma and metasoma dark castaneous. Head (Figure 23). Mandible with two apical teeth. Clypeus with median lobe ill-defined; median tooth rounded; median carina complete apically and straight in profile. Frons weakly coriaceous. Mesosoma. Pronotal disc with anterior margin ecarinate, weakly coriaceous. Metapectal-propodeal complex with lateral and posterior areas ecarinate. Metasoma (Figure 119). Tergal process absent. Hypopygium (Figure 212) with lateral stalk triangular; posterior margin median straight with higher corners and with median elevation. Genitalia (Figures 352-355). Aedeagal dorsal body with apex lower than parameral apex; wider medially, narrowing abruptly apicad; apical lobe very long; apex with small and irregular projection on ventral region. Aedeagal ventral ramus with apex as high as aedeagal dorsal body apex; slightly bifurcated on apical

region; apical region with ventral sheet small and angled, dorsal sheet long and crenulated. Digitus very large and long.

Genital ring slightly produced, each half convex in dorsal view.

FEMALE: Unknown.

REMARKS — The median stalk of hypopygium is broken, it is the reason why the rate of length of median stalk and length of hypopygial plate was not given, beside of the decription of own median stalk.

ETYMOLOGY — The noun in apposition ensel means angel in Tok Pisin.
