Odontofroggatia galili Wiebes, 1980: 3 View in CoL –5; figs 1–4, 7–10; pl. I, figs 1–2, described ♀ ♂, specimens reared from Ficus nitida (= Ficus microcarpa ) by D. Eisikowitch in Israel, Ein Geddi. The female holotype and some paratypes are deposited in RMNH (no. 3645) and some paratypes are deposited in the BMNH ( Wiebes 1980).
Diagnosis. Female ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 I, J): antennal formula 11063, funicular segments loosely arranged, with a row of strong longitudinal plate sensilla extending beyond distal margin by about half length of funicular segment; toruli separated by distance approximately equal to one-third torulus diameter; propodeum without ridges; metasoma compressed. Male ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 K, L): antennal toruli separated by distance about equal to half torulus diameter and situated at clypeal margin; clypeal margin with two slightly protruding lobes; head with a longitudinal median keel; petiole slightly longer than wide, without lateral tooth or ventral hook; hind coxa strong and with two dorsal teeth.
Distribution. Australia, Bermuda, China ( Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hainan, Taiwan), Israel, Japan, Malaya, Papua –New Guinea, Southeast Asia, USA (California, Florida, Hawaii) ( Beardsley 1998; Bouček 1988; Chen et al. 1999; Yokoyama & Iwatsuki 1998).
