Immanus permarginatus (Schedl) comb. n.

Xyleborus permarginatus Schedl, 1933: 200 . Ambrosiodmus permarginatus (Schedl) : Wood & Bright, 1992: 678.

Taxonomy: Images of the holotype (NHMW) taken by Alexander Petrov, and a paratype (FRI) taken by AIC were examined. The species is transferred to Immanus Hulcr and Cognato, 2013, because of the following characters: large body size, robust form, truncate declivity, pronotum anterior margin with elevated carina, pronotal disc asperate, tibial denticles reduced, and tibial edge appearing very uneven.
