Parosphromenus rubrimontis: Kottelat & Ng, 2005: 105 View in CoL (Type locality: After km-stone 21 from Taiping to Segama, Sungai Beriang); Authors' data (Pondok Tanjung).

Remarks. Endemic to Perak. According to GPS coordinates provided by Kottelat & Ng (2005), “Segama” and “Sungai Beriang” should be Selama and Sg. Beriah, respectively.
