Description. Barker (1999). Listed in: Barker (1982); Spenser and Willan (1995).

Locations. Chatham Is., [ New Zealand: alien. Native to Palaearctic, but introduced to Neotropical and Australasia ( Smith and Stanisic, 1998; Barker, 1999)].

SUCCINEOIDEA: ATHORACOPHORIDAE Gray, 1852 (not Fischer, 1883) sensu Burch (1976)

Note that Vaught (1989) places Pseudaneitea in a sub-genus of Athoracophorus while Spenser and Willan (1995) give it full generic status.
