Material examined. 1 ♂, 2 ♀♀, labeled ‘ China: Yunnan Prov., Lushui County [ae*θ], Pianma [ff⅓] [W. slope of Gaoligong Shan (¼ϔWM)], 15-V-2009, alt., 2300 m, Jian-Qing ZHU leg’.

Description of female. Females ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 4 A) similar to males in external morphology; BL 2.97–2.99 mm; HL 0.52 mm; HW 0.64–0.65 mm; AnL 1.38–1.42 mm, relative lengths of antennomeres: 1.4: 1.5: 1.7: 1.6: 1.6: 1.5: 1.6: 1.5: 1.6: 1.4: 1.7; PL 0.84–0.86 mm; PWb 0.59–0.60 mm; PWm 0.71 mm; EL 1.59–1.63 mm; EW 1.07–1.09 mm; EI 1.48–1.49.

Spermatheca ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 C–D) relatively large; SpD 0.12 mm; nearly oval in lateral view and circular in axial view; duct of accessory gland slightly shorter than spermatheca.

Distribution. Southwestern China: Yunnan.

Comments. The coarse punctation on the pronotal disc combined with the stout aedeagus ( Jałoszyński, 2011: figs 8–9; Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 A–B) can be used to unambiguously separate S. schuelkei from all other Semisyndicus .
