Graphosoma semipunctatum (Fabricius 1775)
( Figure 5 View FIGURE 5 )
Spermathecal bulb is oblong ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .a,b). Apical region of spermathecal bulb has multiple pores, but there are no pores in the remainder ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .b,c). Pumping region with distal and proximal flanges convoluted and short ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .d,e). Length of distal spermathecal duct is less than one third that of proximal ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 .a). Median portion of spermathecal duct dilated with thin muscular regularly textured walls ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .e,f). Within the median spermathecal dilation, sclerotized rod dilated at posterior end ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .a,g). Proximal and distal spermathecal duct are striated with muscles ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .f–h). Two sclerites near opening of spermathecal duct; one circular and the other V shaped. Two ring sclerites lateral sides of genital chamber with opening of proximal duct ( Figs. 5 View FIGURE 5 .a,ı,i).
