MATERIALEXAMINED. — SEAMOUNT 2, stn DW 277, 33°59.92’N, 28°20.56’W, 1000 m to 33°59.64’N, 28°20.81’W, 945 m, 1 disarticulated plate ( MNHN Ci 2911).
REMARKS
Coronula diadema only occurs on cetaceans. However, it is common to collect eroded pieces of its shell from the seafloor at greater depths ( Young 1999: 621, 2000: 97 View Cited Treatment ).
