TYPE LOCALITY: Canada, British Columbia, mouth of the Frazer River, Lulu Isl .

DISTRIBUTION: Canada and USA: SW British Columbia, W Washington, coastal and WC Oregon, along the N California coast south to the Marin Peninsula.

STATUS: IUCN - Indeterminate as Z. t. orarius .

SYNONYMS: eureka, montanus, orarius (see Hall, 1981).
