Range: — Colombia, Peru, and Bolivia (CO); probably in Ecuador as well.

Ecology: —Uncommon; in forests; 2100–2500 m.

Notes: —Fronds ca. 1 m long, blades decompound (5-pinnate at the base); ultimate segments very small, 1–1.5 mm wide; venation free; axes spiculate and scaly abaxially.
