Distribution. Russia: Siberia (Republic of Altai).
Remarks. Originally described in Altajosoma from the south-eastern part of Altai Mts ( Gulička 1972), this species was transferred first to the genus Diplomaragna ( Shear 1990) then to Shearia (see Mikhaljova 2000). SEM micrographs of the gonopods and male coxae 10, 11 of this species are presented in the publication by Nefediev (2019b).
