Diagnosis: Head yellow, 1.9 X as broad as long in dorsal view; length of malar space 0.20 X as long as eye longitudinal diameter, antenna 18-segmented, shorter than thorax, oral cavity small, 0.9–1.2 X as its distance from eye, gena expanded; mesonotum with granulose sculpture ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 A), propleuron in lateral view straight and sculpture ( Fig 10 View FIGURE 10 B), propodeum with rugose sculpture; fore wing marginal cell terminating before wing apex, second submarginal cell short, 3-SR vein about 0.9 X as long as 2-SR vein, r-m vein 1.5 X as long as r vein ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 C); first tergite broad, second tergite 1.3 X as long as third tergite; ovipositor longer than half of metasoma ( Figs 10 View FIGURE 10 D, 10E); body entirely yellowish brown, except lateral side of mesonotum and propodeum.
