Holotype: BMNH 1979.919 (illustrated in the original description and reproduced by Bour 2006e:9, Pl. 1, who also photographed it, p. 11, Pl. 2); not BMNH 1947.3.5.73 (formerly 1865.5.3.68) as originally indicated in the BMNH catalog, according to Broadley (1981a:196).
