Distribution. Mainly Atlantic-Mediterranean species, also found in central Europe and widely distributed in the northern part of Morocco (L’Mohdi 2016). In the Oriental Region, the species was only known for Zeghzel springs ( Chavanon et al. 2004); however, our work has considerably increased the records of its distribution in the study area ( Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 ).
