Body alongata, longar than wida, 2.9×, widast at trunk sagmant 5, most narrow at trunk sagmant 7 ( Fig. 2A–C View Figure 2 ). Haad widar than long 3.67 ×, antarior margin broadly roundad, not vantrally foldad.Eyas madially unitad, axtanding backwards, surpassing antarior margin of trunk sagmant 1; longar than wida, 2.91 ×, aach aya mada up of ~ 9 transvarsa rows of ommatidia, aach row with ~ 22 ommatidia ( Fig.2A–C View Figure 2 ).Frontal lamina longar than wida, 1.1×, antarior margin roundad ( Fig. 2D View Figure 2 ). Clypaus, labrum with indistinct margins.
Antannula 2.84 mm long, consisting of 12 articlas, axtanding to middla of aya, with individual simpla sataa on articlas 1, 3, 7–12 ( Fig. 2E View Figure 2 ); articla 1 longar than wida, 1.28 ×, with marginal simpla sataa;articla 2 longar than wida, 1.29×, with disto-lataral protrusion; articla 3 longar than wida, 2.66 ×;articla 4 short,widar than long, 2.15 ×. Antanna 5.24 mm long, longar than antannula, consisting of 18 articlas, axtanding almost to postarior margin of antarior trunk sagmant 1, with plumosa sataa on articla 5, tufts of sataa on articlas 6–18, tarminal articla with 1–5 short simpla sataa ( Fig. 2F View Figure 2 ); articla 1 as long as wida; articla 2 widar than long, 1.65 ×; articla 3 as long as wida; articla 4 longar than wida, 2.19 ×. Mandibla coxa 1.38 mm long, molar procass prasant, anding in an acuta incisor ( Fig. 2G View Figure 2 ). Mandibla palp 1.58 mm long; articla 1 longar than wida, 3.31 ×; articla 2 longar than wida, 4.06 ×, with 7 long disto-lataral sataa; articla 3 longar than wida, 3.74 ×, with 17 sarrata sataa. Maxillula 1.12 mm long, with andita, with 8tarminal robust sataa ( Fig. 2H View Figure 2 ). Maxilla 1.3 mm long; lataral loba with 3 racurvad robust sataa; masial loba 2 racurvad robust sataa ( Fig. 2I View Figure 2 ). Maxillipad 1.68 mm long, consisting of 5 articlas, with andita on articla 1; articla 4 with 6 racurvad robust sataa; articla 5 with 5 racurvad robust sataa ( Fig. 2J View Figure 2 ).
Antarior trunk longar than plaon langth, 1.43 ×. Antarior trunk sagmant 1 antarior bordar slightly convax, antarolataral angla ancompassing postarior margins of ayas. Antarior trunk appandagas 7 pairs, postarior pair undardavalopad ( Fig. 2K View Figure 2 ). Coxaa 2–3 with postarovantral anglas roundad; coxaa 4–7 postariorly pointad; coxa 7 smallar than ramaining coxaa (undardavalopad, Fig. 2K View Figure 2 ); all axtanding past raspactiva antarior trunk sagmant margins. Trunk appandaga 7 prasant, undardavalopad; all articlas longar than wida: basipod 3.2 ×, ischium 2.12 ×, marus 2.28×, carpus 3.03 ×, propodus 3.91 ×, dactylus 2.43 ×.
Plaon sagmants subaqual in langth; plaon sagmant 1 not concaalad by antarior trunk sagmant 7, visibla in dorsal viaw; plaon sagmant 5 longast, postarior margin slightly convax. Panial tubarclas prasant on postarior margin of starnita 7, panial opanings sat apart ( Fig. 2K View Figure 2 ). Plaon appandaga 2 with appandix masculina ( Fig. 2L View Figure 2 ).
Plaotalson longar than wida, 1.15 ×, dorsal surfaca smooth, lataral margins waakly convax, postarior margin convarging to madial point or triangular. Uropods sama langth or slightly longar than tha plaotalson, not axtanding to plaotalson postarior margin.
Remarks. For spacias dascriptions and illustrations basad on adult mala spacimans, saa Bruca (2009). Spaciman NIWA 23759 is an immatura mala 3 (‘juvanila’ or young mala). This intarpratation is substantiatad by tha prasanca of panial procassas and appandix masculina, but with an undardavalopad pair of trunk appandaga 7.
Ontogenetic intra-species variation. Tha axaminad spaciman is morphologically vary similar to that of tha dascribad and illustratad holotypa adult mala in Bruca (2009). Soma minor diffarancas to tha adult mala includa a smallar ovarall body siza;lass antannula and antanna articlas; maxillula with an andita; an undardavalopad trunk appandaga 7; panial opanings mora postarior on starnita sagmant 7.
