Type:—[ MADAGASCAR.] De mon jardin de Tananarive. Prov (?) Massif d’Andringitra, s.d., H. Kalanchoe miniata var. anjirensis Perrier de la Bâthie (1928: 19) . Type :—[ MADAGASCAR.] Rocailles dénudées, vers 900 m. alt., près d’Anjiro, Avril 1924, H. Perrier de la Bâthie 16708 (lectotype P P00443889, http:// coldb.mnhn.fr/catalognumber/mnhn/p/p00443889), lectotype designated by Smith & Shtein (2021: 123–124).

Taxonomic status of K. miniata :— Kalanchoe miniata is an accepted species.
