Xanthopimpla brevicarina Wang, 1987 View in CoL . Acta Entomologica Sinica, 30 (3): 328. Holotype: ♀, China: Ningming Co. Guangxi, (IZCAS).

Diagnosis. Black marks present on posterior 0.7 of mesoscutum; tergite 3 sparse punctures; hind trochanter, tergites 2 and 6 entirely yellow; ovipositor sheath 0.65x hind tibia.

Distribution: Described from China ( Wang 1987), this is the first record of X. brevicatina Wang from Vietnam (Fig. 23). Vietnamese specimens were identified by comparison with the original description.
