REMARQUE TAXONOMIQUE. — En cours d’étude dans BOLD comme Hylesia murex BR 02 (BOLD:AAA7831, exemplaires de Guyane et du Brésil: Pará).
DISTRIBUTION EN GUYANE. — Connu des trois zones biogéographiques.
HABITAT EN GUYANE. — Forêts primaire et secondaire.
