Body elongate oval, weakly to moderately convex; anterior clypeal margin smooth; pronotum with lateral margins weakly convergent anterad; lateral and sublateral pronotal impressions absent; distance between mesocoxae shorter than between meso- and metacoxa and lateral regions of metaventrite between metaventral femoral line and metacoxa subquadrate to weakly elongate, covered with punctures much larger than those on median metaventral region; if lateral carinae of mesoventral plate are present, then area between them and mesocoxae not microreticulate; antennal club weakly elongate, 1.5 × as long as broad; tarsomeres 1–3 with short, inconspicuous setae; elytra lacking rows of punctures; hind wings functional.
This group comprises 11 species known to occur in the following regions: Oriental and sub-Oriental:?
