It is only known from the type locality, Sorogaingo zuloa cave (Cueva del Carlista) in Navarra ( Beruete et al. 1994, Jordana et al. 1997, Beruete 2000a), on dispersed Rhinolophus sp. guano, although its presence in other cavities from the Alduides massif is quite likely.
