Dendrolycosa spadicaria ( Simon 1897) comb. nov. nomen dubium
Sphedanus spadicarius Simon 1897: 262 (Description of immatures; 2 immature syntypes, India, N Guzerath [North Gujarat?], R.C. Wronghton [Wroughton?] leg., MNHN 6089, examined).
Nilus spadicarius ,— Simon 1898a: 289.
Both immatures are considered to belong to the type series, although only one total length is given in the original description (10 mm). This would fit best the larger specimen. From the opisthosomal pattern, it should belong to Dendrolycosa View in CoL and is transferred here provisionally. Until adult specimens are found it is treated as nomen dubium.
